Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve answered the most common questions to help you feel confident using Chatty™ Therapy services

We start by helping you select 8 or 16 children for assessment. Our therapists complete full evaluations, write reports and create individual plans. Then our trained practitioners deliver regular 1:1 sessions in school, with input and oversight from our therapy team.

No. All therapy sessions are delivered by Chatty’s practitioners, guided by our therapists. Your staff are kept informed but not expected to deliver sessions or write reports.  However, we are happy for staff to watch and learn about how we are working with children.

Yes. Many of the children we support haven’t yet had a formal diagnosis. We can help you identify who would benefit most, based on observed need and teacher feedback.

We provide regular updates and clear reports after assessments and reviews. These can be shared with parents, SENCOs, and external agencies if needed.

Not at all. We work closely with your team to fit sessions around your timetable. We aim for minimal disruption and maximum impact.
